Lloyd Yavener Lloyd opted against a new bike in 1969 in favor of a used, blue-sparkle Ludwig drum set. His major influences have been Led Zeppelin, the Grateful Dead, Little Feat, the Allman Brothers Band, and Steely Dan. Lloyd has played with many bands and musicians in the area, including Off the Record, Bobby Manriquez, Vox Rocket, Joe Jacobson Band, The Animal Show, JW Booth and Hard Times, Tom Maynard, Natural Born Easy and many more... He is a founding member of On the Bus, with the mission of keeping the Grateful Dead's music and community alive and available in the region. Lloyd plays hand made, Maple drums from the Baltimore Drum Company,  Zildjian cymbals, and Los Cabos white maple drum sticks.     Lloyd & Trixie Garcia Lloyd & Mimi Lloyd & his drums Just as symphony orchestras pay tribute to classical composers, Grateful Dead tribute bands around the globe help keep the spirit, vibe and community of the Dead alive and thriving...
